Run the Chrome online web store extension Titles On Youtube Links using OffiDocs Chromium online.
Displays a custom "title text" with video titles when you mouse-over youtube links.Designed to be very light-weight and unobtrusive.
Specifically, it catches hover events on <a> links, uses the youtube API to fetch the title (if not already cached), and displays it by creating a <div> positioned above the link with the title.
